The Polyvance hot air element is used in a variety of commercial cooking equipment including, Breakfast and Lunch counters, Bottom heat elements, Enclosed ranges, Convection ovens, Dough proofers and more. Hot Air Elements are available in several wattages and usually with two mounting options: ceramic and fiber glass rods.

This higher wattage hot air element is available for use with many full-size household appliances such as clothes dryers, deep fryers and clothes irons. This element heats up faster than a 350 watt element and has a 10 ft. power cord and plug.

The POLYVANCE UR6062ME hot air element designed by OEM is made of iron and aluminum casting. It produces convenient, efficient and high-speed drying of various materials by blow air.

Hot air elements work for both convection and radiant heat. The elements have a high temperature rating and a flat profile to fit in a variety of heating appliance, including a convection oven or a hot air rework tool.

The POLYVANCE® UR6062ME hot air element is a replacement heating element that provides solutions for applications requiring universal fit replacement hot air elements. This element is constructed with stainless steel and rosin coated for high heat thermal stability, has a spiral copper winding and two end caps to facilitate quick and easy installation.
