The Ammco AMM830084031/Coats 0.75 Ton Mount Demount Duckhead Hoist is designed for industrial grade applications. The unit includes a 4-bolt mounting plate that can accommodate a 1" to 2" thick work surface and an 80-400 lb lift capacity for easy operation with less stress on the operator. The vertical height of the jack is 42" and a horizontal reach of 15' may be achieved, which is perfect for mounting and demounting equipment.

Ammco(r) Commercial Series Mount Demount Duckhead is designed to remove and replace damaged dud heads quickly. Storage position for off line dudheads is also provided. This round duckhead can be operated only when the rotor is rotating at an adequate speed of approximately 20% of synchronous speed. It allows operators to safely lift and transport larger loads from the belt, minimizing downtime and increasing productivity. A mechanical interlock provides positive dud-defeat.
