The Nitrogen/Hydrogen Electronic Leak Detection System is the first of its kind. It will eliminate your biggest fear when filling a new or used boat with Nitrogen or Hydrogen gas. This system includes a controller and two sensor probes, which plug into the controller. The controller indicates the presence of gas and provides a safety alarm should any leak be detected by a sensor probe.
The Nitrogen/hydrogen Electronic Leak Detection System is a hand-held nitrogen gas detector designed for industrial use, especially for the leak search of nitrogen and hydrogen pipes, fittings and pipelines in inflatables. It can quickly detect leaks with near 100% certainty. The detector comprises two handheld instruments, one for detecting nitrogen leaks and the other for detecting hydrogen leaks.
The Nitrogen/Hydrogen Electronic Leak Detection System is a battery-operated, non-destructive and portable electronic leak detection system designed for testing in pressurized liquefied natural gas (LNG), pressurized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or bulk storage tanks; gaseous storage; process piping; valves; regulators and solenoid operated control systems. It electronically detects two major types of leaks - gases and liquids.
The leak detection system is designed to take air out of the machine and replace it with a mixture of nitrogen (N2) and hydrogen (H2) to detect leaks. Both N2 and H2 are inert gases that are heavier than air. Any leaks will cause the gas mixture to rise, which will then be detected by an optical gas indicator. The Nitrogen/Hydrogen Electronic System automatically switches from one gas to the other one if a leak is detected in either the N2 or H2 circuit. This automated system helps ensure your safety when you use this device in potentially explosive atmospheres.
With the Nitrogen/Hydrogen Leak Detection System, you know exactly where the gas leak is. Traditional methods of leak detection utilize either helium or combustible gases, but they are no longer effective in identifying leak locations. This innovative system utilizes non-combustible and odorless Nitrogen/Hydrogen gas mixtures to pinpoint the exact location of a gas leakage up to 10' underground. The mixture of gases is injected into the ground through a small opening into the supply line, with sensors reading the concentration levels at different depths. This data is displayed as graphs on an LCD screen within minutes, showing which portion of
The Nitrogen/Hydrogen leak detection system is designed to provide a unique N2/H2 leak detection capability for use in the manufacturing and refurbishing environments of small semiconductor devices. The system is based on mass spectrometric detection of the concentration difference of nitrogen and hydrogen gases, using an Inertial Reference Unit (IRU) constructed by Flight Technologies Ltd.
The AIM-USAS200-N (Nitrogen) and AIM-USAS300-H (Hydrogen) Nitrogen/Hydrogen leak detection systems help achieve the ultimate in safety and reliability of installed piping systems for industrial applications. The stable, safe and ready to use common 3.33 and 7.25% concentrations assure non-inconsistent results. The handy reference chart on the side of the calibration bottle helps to determine the right concentration for your specific application.
