V4 Air Riveter

V4 air riveter delivers power and performance in a lightweight, easy-to-use tool. The V4's ergonomic handle and safety valve eliminate over-pneumatic pressure, which prevents possible injury from the inadvertent build-up of excessive air pressure in the tool. This tool features a 3600 PSI anodized aluminum housing with a built in carrying handle for inverted use. The V4 air riveter is available in 1/4" to 1/2" sizes. Each setting provides 2 to 3 times the amount of force as compared to similar pneumatic tools on the market.

The V4 rides on pneumatic tires and has a built-in drill that drives the tool at 1,500 RPM. The machine uses an air compressor to supply the air needed for riveting and there is an auxiliary tank to store air during periods of non-use. This machine can rivet 0.35 thickness steel or stainless steel in about 40 seconds per piece, resulting in 3 times more production than manual riveting by hand
