The JET JBG-8W grinder with wire wheel combines a grinding wheel, wire wheel, and cast aluminum grinder head into one compact portable unit. It is built for durability, and is capable of grinding a wide range of materials.

This JET® high-performance grinding tool helps you quickly remove rust, paint and coatings from flat surfaces. Three tooling-free wheel adjustments provide various grinding angles, while the wire wheel attachment allows you to clean surfaces prior to painting. This 8-inch (203mm) diameter grinder uses a 172510/4" (40mm) wheel and accepts 6" (152mm) wheels. A powerful 11 amp direct current motor powers the 115/230 volt AC induction motor for heavy-duty grinding and wire wheel cleaning work. This grinder provides two grinding positions, as well as a wire wheel, to enhance its versatility. A 10-in. grinding wheel is featured for heavy-duty applications; a 3/16 in. aluminum oxide wheel for sharpening welders' nibblers, cutters, and other tools.
