The IRT37995891 112/120V EDV-2000 Electronic Drain Valve (EDV), is for use on 3" diameter horizontal and vertical drains up to a maximum combined drain, waste and vent piping diameter of 5". The EDV-2000 is for use with gas water heaters or other installations that require gas-tight shutoff. Designed to provide the most reliable seal possible, the EDV-2000's simple, one piece body construction eliminates out-of-round conditions
The IRT37995891 112/120-V EDV 2000 electronic drain valve is designed for all types of hot water recirculating systems to meet ASME/ANSI standards, including pumping systems. The EDV 2000 features a thermal cutout, reducing the chance of fumes building up in your system. This product can operate at temperatures as high as 140 degrees Fahrenheit. ##
