This is a 2nd Generation 300Amp Welding Gun. We use the same gun body as those from the Nozzle Diffuser,but with different Nozzle Connectors and Tips.

This 300Amp MIG gun replaces the OEM gun on most FP 200 and FP 260 welders. It comes with the gun, FAT tip and IGBT spares kit - 4 x 180 Amp nozzle/torch tip, 2 x trigger switch, 1 x TIG electrode holder and 1 x wire feed unit.

The Firepower FPW1444-0406 Replacement MIG Gun fits the Hobart FP200 and Hobart FP260 (sold separately). This unit is an upgrade to the standard 240V MIG gun that comes standard with the Hobart welders. The FPW1444-0406 has two features not offered by the standard gun. First is a plasma switch and second is a 180Amp Nozzle. The FPW1444-0406 also has a cylinder volume of 35CC

The FirePower FX16-300 MIG gun is designed for CERTEC CX-200, CX-250 and Nextec 220i. It replaces the FX16-269 standard MIG gun and eliminates the need to remove the torch assembly from the welder when using the 300Amp (FX16-300) gun. The FX16-300MIG is also longer in overall length than the FX16-269MIG so that it will extend beyond the back of the torch head.
